I am passionate about helping women take control of their relationship with food and with their bodies. This helps them form sustainable habits, they never have to be on another diet again and have the confidence to live their life to the fullest!

In 2016, I had an accident that left me wheelchair bound and took me on my journey to walk again. Everything I had ever identified with had disappered overnight. This difficult and traumatic time was my turning point. I realised it was time to heal my relationship with food and exercise.  I am determined to help women take back control of their relationship with food and exercise and their bodies too.

A highly trained Nurse I got into Personal Training purely by chance! Life coaching and NLP were the obvious next steps for me to complement both those. My love all things Health related drew me to train as an Integrated Health Coach which opened up so many opportunities to help people navigate their way through the world of health, food and exercise.

We all need someone to give us the motivation, the accountability and be our personal cheerleader. This is what I am passionate about being for you!

However it was my own history of disordered eating, yo-yo dieting, over-exercising,  becoming a parent and intentional weight loss that led me to become a Body Image Coach and Intuitive Eating Counselor. I also gained qualifications as an Eating Psychology Coach and Integrative Nutrition Coach.

I utilise all my skills and knowledge using a personalised approach to help my clients with improved body image, becoming free of dieting and being at peace with their bodies.

I started working with Claire because I was at my lowest point, I was completely fed up with how I looked and felt. I’d lost all my confidence and hated my body after having my daughter. I’d been using every excuse in the book as to why it was so hard for me to make changes. I didn’t have time, I was so tired all the time, there was always something that got in the way. Then I’d spend time beating myself up for not doing it all and feeling like a failure. Claire helped me see I needed to make myself a priority and drop the Mum guilt around taking time out for taking care of myself. Within a couple of sessions she completely transformed my outlook. I felt motivated, excited and confident again. She showed me it didn’t need to be hard to eat well and exercise. More importantly I started learning to love myself and my body. My confidence is now through the roof and I feel unstoppable. I feel like me again and not just a Mum. Claire has a kind no-nonsense approach, she really practices what she preaches and is so inspiring. I’m so grateful I found her when I did, it’s really changed my life and I’m so happy I can be a great role model for my daughter confident and comfortable in my own skin.


Working with Claire has made all the difference for me and the knock on effect is my family too are learning to have a more healthy relationship to food



Through my coaching sessions with Claire I have been able to establish my final goals and break this goal down into small manageable goals. I have been motivated to achieve these smaller goals and the sessions helped me see that I am capable of achieving whatever personal goals in life I may have.



I have truly enjoyed being coached by Claire. We built a fantastic rapport which made all the sessions enjoyable. Claire was great in challenging my limiting beliefs to help me achieve my goals and her questioning technique made me see things from a different perspective.
